Limited Warranty

One Piece Products products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of ninety (90) days, from the date of purchase.

**NO MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM THE RETURN DEPARTMENT**

One Piece Products reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. One Piece Products obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be defective.

Return Policy, Refund & Exchanges

PLEASE make sure you know what you are buying before you place your order. You can call or email us with any questions that you may have before you make your purchase.Test fit parts before modifying!

Under certain circumstances where One Piece Product Representative authorizes a product return, ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER! Items must be returned within 30 days of recieving the shipment. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original containers. If an item that had FREE SHIPPING is returned, we will refund you the amount minus the original shipping cost that we incurred. The restocking fee is to deter frequent returns as well as cover the cost of doing all of the paperwork involved, inspecting the returned item, returning the item back into inventory, etc.

Disclaimer: Refunds will be credited within 3-5 days after approval, if orders were never shipped! For customers that want to return any items, refunds will take up to 14 business days. All refunds are credited to the original payment method used. IF the original payment method is no longer valid or not in current use then please contact us.

Orders Outside Of The US

One Piece Products is not responsible for any taxes and/or duty charges/fees. These fees are from your government not OPP or the US. All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping, so if there is any discrepancies, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material!!! All orders are shipped prepaid only. Shipping carriers will vary (UPS, FEDEX, USPS or freight).

Additional time may be required to obtain an International shipping quote. Please submit your order and you will be contacted within 2 business days with a total cost for shipping your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the shipping quote has been approved by you.

Preferred Carriers & Transit Times

We ship with UPS and Federal Express.

Orders must be placed before 5 pm PST for an order to be processed on the same day.

If you need an item by a specific date, please place the order on this website then call 888-663-7763 to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements. Rush Orders will be subjected to an Expidited Fee.

Shipping Policy

Most orders received by 5:00pm U.S. PST will be shipped within 3-10 weeks for delivery since ALL of our products are custom made.

What does the shipping insurace cover?:
Our shipping insurance means if the insured product is lost or damaged in FedEx's possession then we will send you replacement parts. However you must deny the package or we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. If the package is delivered while we are closed, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] within 24 hours it was delivered. Then a representative will reach out and we will try our best to find a solution. We will only send replacement parts to products that HAVE shipping insurance. For Example, if we send out an order that has a 1pc kit with insurance and electrical components with NO insurance then we will ONLY send out replacements for the insured products.

NO Shipping Insurance?:
We are not held responsible for orders that do not have shipping insurance meanwhile they are in FedEx Possession. If the product is lost, stolen or damaged then you must file a claim directly with FedEx. Customers with no shipping insurance are held responsible and accountable for all forms and shipping fees for the order.

Damage Claims:
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the Packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at 888-663-7763, so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt **Subject to Concealed Damage**.

Concealed Damage

Immediately after receiving you order open and inspect your item for any signs of *Concealed Damage*. In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The Carrier should be contacted no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the carrier, please contact us promptly at [email protected] or call us at 888-663-7763, so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Dealer Information & Policy

If your interested in joining the One Piece Products Team and becoming a Dealer or Jobber please give us a call, so you can complete our Dealer Information Application Form. Please allow 3-7 business day to review your application. All applications are carefully reviewed and territories are considered prior to approval. One Piece Products offer's several tiered programs which require various minimun sales volume. We will do our best to find a program that fits your company.
